What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world problems

• Analyzing complex datasets to discover trends, insights, and opportunities

• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and business teams to bring models into production

• Experimenting with algorithms and improving model performance

• Keeping up with the latest in AI/ML, and sharing what you learn

What You Bring:

• A strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, and machine learning

• Proficiency in Python (and libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)

• Experience working with large datasets and cloud tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• An ability to turn technical output into clear, actionable ideas

• A problem-solving mindset—and the patience to figure out tough challenges
